Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
Skills
- Proven experience in technology sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and market conditions for strategic planning.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
