Corporate Lawyer | 5 – 7 years | Calgary
We’re working with a leading law firm that is now offering a standout opportunity for a senior associate to join its dynamic and fast-growing Corporate group. The team has seen significant growth over the past few years and maintains a strong practice focused on public and private company M&A, securities, corporate finance, and general corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable independently running transactions and will be given meaningful autonomy to take the lead on files, while still working closely with highly regarded partners. This is a standout opportunity to step into a senior role within a collaborative, high-performing team.
