About the role
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides optimum service level to every customer
- Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
- Demonstrates in-depth product knowledge while offering exceptional customer service and style advice
- Connects and develops strong relationships with clients in order to build and maintain a strong client following
- Miscellaneous in-store duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have excellent communication skills, preferably fluent in English and another language (e.g. Cantonese and/or Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
- Consistently shows a personable, positive and approachable attitude
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and problem-solve effectively
- Demonstrates flexibility and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment

- 1年或以上零售經驗會優先考慮(有眼鏡 / 太陽眼鏡 或 時裝經驗更佳)
