Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Shediac, NB. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment to deliver the signature flavors that guests crave.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Food Safety Certification required.
