Description **Position: Parking Lot Supervisor
Location: Lethbridge, AB
Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
(part-time, 30 hours per week)** We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Parking Coordinator to lead the day-to-day parking operations of a high-profile retail and office property located in Lethbridge. This role requires strong customer service skills, enforcement diligence, operational awareness, and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will serve as an onsite representative of Impark, ensuring compliance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional and courteous service to all customers, acting as the primary onsite point of contact and representing Impark in a professional manner.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with the property management team and tenant representatives to address and resolve any site-specific concerns, promoting strong long-term relationships.
- Enforcement Compliance: Conduct regular on-foot patrols and issue violations as needed to ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations.
- Parking Meter Maintenance: Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance on parking meters and kiosks to ensure full functionality; escalate technical issues to operations when needed.
- Signage Upkeep: Perform routine checks on all onsite signage and ensure it remains clear, accurate, and professionally maintained.
- Site Standards & Safety: Perform frequent inspections of the parking facility to identify safety issues, maintenance needs, or areas requiring attention; escalate findings to the Account Manager.
- Exterior Litter Pickup: Maintain the cleanliness of the property through regular exterior litter pickup and tidying of high-traffic areas.
- Reporting: Submit accurate and timely weekly operational and enforcement reports to the Account Manager and client stakeholders as requested.
- Tenant Account Management: Oversee tenant permit distribution, ensure accurate records, reconcile monthly parking accounts, and support access card management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory control, uniform upkeep, supply ordering, and general correspondence as needed.
- Client & Customer Retention: Proactively build positive relationships with clients and parkers to enhance satisfaction and promote continued engagement.
- Incident Management: Respond to and report safety or operational incidents. Support Impark and client teams in tracking and resolving claims.
- Strategy Support: Offer operational feedback to the Account Manager regarding rates, signage visibility, or promotional initiatives.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Account Manager to support the smooth operation of the facility.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in parking industry, preferred
- Client relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities.
- Problem-solving and team-building skills.
Time Commitment
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Additional hours may be required based on property needs.
