Position Summary
This position plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment our guests arrive. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to contributing positively to a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end and employee-only areas, including restrooms
- Support in other departments as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Minimum 2 years of cashier experience
- Minimum 1 year of retail customer service experience
- Open and flexible availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends, mornings, afternoons, and statutory holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining active on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
- Steel-toe footwear is required
