Job Title: Ads Account Coordinator (referred to as Account Manager)
Location: 8 Unwin Ave, Toronto, ON, CA
Compensation: CA$35.00/hr
Context
In our current state, the Account Manager role in Canada is highly operational, complex, and responsible for working in multiple systems and tools to accomplish DIO, PG or PMP campaigns. This complexity has led to bandwidth constraints that can be alleviated by adding an Account Managers, Contractor in the region.
Role Structure & Alignment
The Account Manager, Contractor will be responsible for assisting existing Account Managers on various pre and post sale tasks. The Account Managers, Contractor will be assigned to 3 Account Managers and collaborate with them on all of their accounts to assist on IO generation, issuance and management, inventory forecasting, and campaign reporting to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service. The Account Manager, Contractor will be an internal facing role with its main stakeholders being the Sales Partner, Account Manager and MediaMint Campaign Manager. The potential for client facing activities will evolve based on the business needs in the region and the performance of the Account Manager, Contractor. Long-term may evolve into a "backup” Account Manager role to assist with OOO needs and act as a "bench/always-on” team member.
Core Responsibilities & Support
- Partner with assigned Account Manager on their book of business and get an understanding of client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist on building Media Planning including, price check, packaging, inventory avails requests in NAS
- Responsible for Make Good requests, Credit/Rebill Requests and IO creation and management
- Responsible for liaising with MCM on the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with Account Managers on necessary campaign optimization tactics
- Responsible for ensuring NAS and IO Line Items match in NAS and working through the revision workflow for active campaigns
- Work closely with MCM for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting, including developing Creative Upload Forms, Creative Spec Checks and Ad Policy review
- Partner with MediaMint to provide weekly reporting and wrap reports to the Account Manager to send to the client. Partner with Account Managers to compile insights on campaign wrap reports and own custom wrap reports for Sponsorship and Ad Format campaigns
- Assist Account Manager with XFN teams on the production of custom creative assets
