Seasonal -Office Support Clerk

Part Time Seasonal Position (Approximately 6-8 weeks, 30-40 hours/week)

Hourly rate $17.20

Seasonal Office Support Clerk provides administrative support and property care at the Waterloo Office.

They support the Office Manager in the upkeep of the Waterloo office, including the outdoor grounds.

They are responsible to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and employees who use

the office space.

The Seasonal Office Support Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability

Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other

employees, people using services, and both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements of the Canada Summer Jobs Program for this position:

  • The candidate will work 30 hours a week for approximately 9 weeks
  • Be between the ages of 18-30 at the start of employment
  • Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
