Billing & Collections Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Process billing and credit orders in accounting system
2. Proactively follow up with customers to manage and resolve outstanding receivables
3. Ensure all open items are closed in a timely and accurate manner
4. Assist with month-end processes and provide support on ad-hoc finance tasks
5. Maintain precise records and support general AR functions

What You Bring

1. 2+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in billing and collections)
2. Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
3. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a high degree of accuracy
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
7. Diploma, certificate or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is an asset.
