Overview
We’re hiring 5 Sales Representatives to support an in-store activation for a tobacco brand during Calgary’s Stampede! If you’re energetic, sales-driven, and love engaging with people, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a retail environment, offering exclusive product bundles to customers and using Square to process payments. The setup will be managed by our team—you’ll focus on driving sales through conversation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell 2-product bundles
- Approach and engage customers in-store
- Use Square POS to process purchases
- Maintain a professional, friendly presence
- Follow all brand guidelines and health regulations
Requirements
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours/day
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Sales-driven and confident
- Professional demeanor – no phone use during shifts
- Must be 18+ (tobacco category compliance)
Schedule
Mandatory training:
- 3-hour online module (prior to start)
- In-person training on July 2 (or 1:1 in-store if needed)
Activation dates:
- July 4–14, 2025
- 1 location per rep (5 stores total across Calgary)
Compensation
$27/hour (contract position)
