About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Hacking Marketing Expert to take full ownership of our digital marketing initiatives across our company websites and LinkedIn business presence. This role is perfect for a self-directed marketing professional who thrives on leveraging cutting-edge no-code/low-code tools and AI solutions to drive measurable growth for our service-based business.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Ownership
- Plan, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns across company websites and LinkedIn business platforms
- Integrate engaging content into our WordPress.com site and optimize for SEO and LLMO
- Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns focused on professional networking, B2B engagement, and original organic content
- Monitor and manage all digital touch points to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal performance
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze website traffic sources, user behaviour, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and LinkedIn statistics
- Transform data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Create presentations that clearly communicate marketing and growth opportunities
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market trends
Technology Integration & Innovation
- Leverage no-code, low-code, and AI tools to generate images that align with our content and streamline your processes
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and trends
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks to improve efficiency
- Evaluate and integrate new tools that support scalable growth strategies
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop forward-thinking marketing strategies that emphasize organic content and thought leadership
- Demonstrate solid project management skills in managing multiple campaigns and communicating with internal stakeholders
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and strategic planning
The ideal profile would have
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles
- Proven track record with marketing strategies for service-based business
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, and social media management (LinkedIn)
- Experience with SEO, LLMO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
- Experience with WordPress.com content management and integration
- Keen interest in using no-code/low-code marketing tools and AI applications
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities independently
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
