What You Will Do

As part of a collaborative team, the Community Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where tenants thrive and our property shines. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the tenant life cycle.

  • Tenant contact and issue resolution
  • Support leasing and marketing efforts
  • Manage lease process and compliance
  • Coordinate unit turnovers and documentation
  • Foster positive tenant relationships
  • Collaborate for timely service resolution
  • Assist in rent collections and recordkeeping
  • Engage tenants through events and feedback
  • Maintain safety and security measures

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in a property management setting
  • Sales Prowess and customer service expertise
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Computer wizardry with MS Outlook, Word/Excel and property management software

Work Environment

Primarily Office based with a high level of social interaction and team collaboration. Generally, work during regular office hours although there will be events that may fall outside of those hours.
