About the Role

SingleKey is on a mission to modernize the rental landscape by offering smart solutions tailored for landlords (from individuals to large-scale operators), real estate agents, and property managers. We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in Toronto, Ontario.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in shaping the client experience. Your primary responsibility is to build meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing customers—helping them understand and get the most out of our tools and services. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to relay customer insights and improve the overall user experience.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure their success on the platform
  • Educate customers on existing products and introduce relevant new features
  • Promote product updates and enhancements to drive adoption
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Gather feedback and report feature requests or bugs to the Product and Development teams
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience
  • Stay organized and responsive during peak periods and high-volume times
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • A university or college degree, or 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Experience handling inbound customer support, resolving issues, and escalating when needed
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver clear guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with upselling, customer acquisition, lead qualification, and business development
  • Proficiency with tools such as FreshDesk, FreshChat, Hubspot, and Intercom
  • Experience with productivity platforms like Asana, Trello, and Google Workspace
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • A self-motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of the Canadian and/or U.S. real estate markets is a strong asset
  • A positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to grow with a dynamic team

Term & Compensation

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $17.50–$25.00/hour, commensurate with experience
  • Compensation Package: Competitive, with opportunity for growth
