About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team? RE/MAX Action Realty is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our fast-paced real estate office. If you have a background in customer service and experience in an office setting, this role could be perfect for you!
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, accurately take messages and forward communications
- Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate office events and prepare for meetings
- Track office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with light cleaning and occasional heavy lifting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a real estate or law office (an asset but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions meticulously
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is pleasant, dependable, and bondable, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
