We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and elevate our service standards.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, bar management, inventory control, team leadership, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing successful F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
· Lead, train, and motivate a team of service and culinary professionals.
· Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
· Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
· Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Work with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and consistency.
· Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues.
· Create and manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
· Oversee supplier relations and maintain cost-effective purchasing.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in hospitality.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and regulations.
· Proficiency in inventory, ordering, and POS systems.
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
· Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
