About the role
Job responsibilities will include:
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Manage employee benefit plan & vacations
- Process & submit payroll deductions: WCB, T4'S & T5's
- Process & submit EHT, GST, PST,
- Monthly Bank, Credit Card & Deposit Reconciliations
- Prepare Spreadsheets & Letters using Excel & Word
- Develop & maintain monthly financial statements
- Prepare supporting documents for annual audits
- General office duties such as filing & answering phone calls
- Daily Sales Reports
- Daily Receiving
- Back up support for cashiers when needed
- Manage inventory adjustments
- Various other tasks as required
You should have excellent communication and record-keeping skills, be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
