About the role

The Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for the creation and management of various marketing initiatives, ranging from product launches to market entry. The individual in this role collaborates with multiple teams at BRP to coordinate the marketing of apparel and helmets. They are at the centre of discussions regarding the strategies to implement for promoting our various collections. They coordinate product launches for both wholesale and retail, including strategy and content development, go-to-market planning, and dealer sales activations. Thus, the coordinator serves as the connection between the Apparel team and BRP's internal teams (sales, vehicle marketing, e-commerce, and others) and external teams (dealers and customers), influencing product offerings with their market knowledge.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Plan and create a content production schedule, collaborating closely with vehicle marketing teams, production agencies, the sales force, and other stakeholder teams.

Plan and orchestrate annual launches of clothing collections for the international dealer network and general public, covering everything from dealer purchasing communications to organizing the launch room.

Support all stakeholders during the launch by distributing samples, in line with the marketing content initiative plan. In collaboration with the sample warehouse manager, coordinate sample orders with the requesters.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and the product development team to gauge market sentiment and trends, and identify opportunities. This will help define the direction of each product line collection and determine the marketing scenarios to be used.

Analyze the recognition and differentiation of products in-store, including the silent salesperson strategy, ranging from product labels to informational panels, and coordinating their implementation.

In collaboration with regional sales teams, equip field sales agents with the necessary product knowledge tools and samples to optimize both wholesale and retail orders.

Support the ambassador team with their clothing needs and provide them with product information to ensure they have a clear understanding of the equipment they are using.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or clothing.

A bachelor's degree in marketing.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills for effective planning.

An excellent team player and collaborator on joint projects.

Creative thinking and openness to adapt to all types of products or assignments.

Optimistic, adaptable, and resourceful, always finding solutions.

Excellent communication skills and understanding of mandates to extract and convey the right information.

Proficiency in French and English (essential for collaborating with international colleagues).

Extensive skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
