About the role

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our front-of-house team. As a Cashier/Runner, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they receive their food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Ensure all customer orders are properly prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Run food from the kitchen to tables or pick-up areas with care and attention.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour
