We are a globally recognized aesthetic dermatology clinic seeking a customer service and team support coordinator. This is a non-clinical role that support our team and provides patient assistance.

Duties:

This role is to support the clinic team to provide the highest level of customer service and care to our patients

• This role does not involve any clinic (medical or esthetic) duties
• This role will support optimal execution and flow of the clinic team
• Including but not limited to:

o Welcoming patients seating them in the room
o Supporting the clinic team with non-medical tasks
o Patient photography (onsite training will be provided)
o Clinic organization
o Supporting phone calls/calling
o Support capturing continent for social media
o Other special projects aligned with the candidates’ strengths

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills and be ready to work in a dynamic team environment
• Committed to excellence in Aesthetic care
• Training in customer service is an asset
• Interest in dermatology/skincare a plus

Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with a dynamic team of hard working and highly skilled women is essential

• Please note the role will be customized to the skills and training of the individual
• Salary based - Compensation based on experiences and education
• Full time preferred, part time will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
