Merchant Cash Advance Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in alternative lending or financial services? We’re looking for a Merchant Cash Advance Sales Rep to join our team and help business owners access fast, flexible funding solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively connect with small and mid-sized business owners to offer funding solutions tailored to their needs
• Present and close MCA offers by clearly communicating the benefits and value of our programs
• Manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using our CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Handle client questions, overcome objections, and build long-term relationships
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to stay top-of-mind and uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and streamline funding processes

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in MCA sales or related financial product sales
• Strong understanding of the merchant cash advance industry and how it works
• Proven ability to close deals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GHL, etc.)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
