NTP Family Practitioner (2 roles) - Oak Bay Medical Clinic (100-1797)
Busy family practice clinic with associated walk-in clinic, located near the Oak Bay border, is looking for family physicians to join. Office is spacious and well run. Current clinic physicians are longstanding well regarded members of the Victoria medical community. We are a collegial group who enjoy practicing good medicine and are looking for a like-minded physicians.
The clinic would also welcome a physician entering on a new-to-practice contract. The new to practice contract provides an annual payment of $290,000.00 plus an additional $75,000.00 which can be used to contribute to overhead. The overhead at Oak Bay Medical Clinic is very reasonable. Physicians are currently paying $7,000.00 per month. This covers all clinic related overhead including staff salaries, lease, equipment maintenance, office, and medical supplies, EMR fees etc.
- Flexible work hours
- Compensation | Fee-For-Service, Longitudinal Family Physician payment mode, or New-to-practice contract.
- Low overhead, experienced efficient office manager, excellent MOA staff
- Own personal office
- Average daily patient volume | 25 - 30
- EMR | Med Access
- Clinic uses the Ministry of Health After Hours Care Program. Therefore clinic doctors do not need to be on call evenings or weekends.
- Optional | nursing home/extended care, surgical assists, obstetrics, house calls.
- Dedicated free parking spot
- Two exam rooms for your use
- Dedicated computer for physician use with wireless, high-speed, internet
