At Solution Control Systems we design, assemble and wire custom control panels, Control systems, Motor control centers, Switchgear, Instrument skids, Shacks, Electrical buildings for Industrial, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Wastewater, HVAC, Mining, Forestry, Agriculture and Commercial.
Generally we fabricate and package panels but not limited to; PLC, DCS, RTU, SCADA panels, HMI integration/design, Soft starter panels, Lighting control panels, Power distribution panels, Protection panels, Relay interfaces, Terminal boxes, Generator panels, Marshalling cabinets, Operator stations & consoles.
VFD packaging for any application and any environment is our specialty and we can package these panels faster than any of our competitors in town. These packages are available in type 1, type 12, type 3R, and type 4/4 X, explosion proof and purge cabinets for HVAC, Pump jacks Submersible pumps, Conveyor systems, and Crushers. Depending on the application, these packages consist of isolation mean, current protection, thermal management, harmonic mitigation, surge protection, isolation and bypass capability.
We also supply all sort of panels for hazardous locations for division and zone systems. These panels range from Explosion proof panels to Purge panels to Intrinsically safe component panels to Increased safety and hermetically sealed component panels.
Due to our experience, skilled workforce, procedures in place, fabrication and testing equipment, quality control, safety, in house stock, product application knowledge, OEM contract pricing, negotiations, direct and multiple suppliers we are best suited for all your control system integration needs, with best quality, pricing and on schedule delivery.
We also supply loose VFDs, Soft starters, Reactors, Dvdt filters, harmonic filters, Compact PLCs and Electrical enclosures at very competitive pricing
