Teaching Assistants offer support for the delivery of undergraduate courses by assisting with marking assignments/exams/quizzes, monitoring tests and exams, tabulating grades, and other related duties as assigned. TAs supporting in-person classes may be expected to attend some classes, and/or meet with the instructor on campus. TAs supporting online courses will support the class remotely via UR Courses, but may need to be available to meet with the instructor on campus.

Position Requirements

  • Must be a registered student at the University of Regina
  • Preference will be given to senior undergraduate students or graduate students in the Philosophy and Classics Dept., or students with related academic experience.

Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range As per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours

Hours of work are flexible and will be determined once hired.
