This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office Client's office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development (iOS and Android)
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android)
- Proven experience leading mobile development teams or projects
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- FINTECH application experience is a plus.
