Position Summary
We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Vancouver, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and supporting sales initiatives in a retail-based environment. You’ll act as a key point of contact between brands and the public, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, informed, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during retail activations and campaign events
- Represent client brands with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm
- Assist in campaign set-up, product presentations, and customer interactions
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
- Contribute to team goals by providing high-quality support that enhances the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, or brand representation is an asset, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and focused on providing a positive customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Interest in marketing, customer engagement, and team collaboration
