About the role
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team., for children aged 4-10 years old. We have a massive indoor soccer fields and we are looking for a full / part time coaches. Our new club is open Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm. Please, let me know your availability, are you looking for a permanent or temporary job, and your wage expectation. Our club is near chinook Centre and close to C-Train station.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' technical skills and tactical understanding of soccer.
- Conduct regular practices, focusing on skill development, fitness, and teamwork.
- Educate players on the rules of the game, sportsmanship, and the importance of fair play.
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss strategies, goals, and performance feedback.
- Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages participation, effort, and respect among all players.
- Coordinate with parents regarding schedules, events, and player development opportunities.
Experience
- Previous coaching experience or participation in competitive soccer is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate young athletes effectively.
- A background in swimming is a plus, as it can contribute to overall fitness training for players.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program experience.

Pay: $15.00-$29.74 per hour
