**Overview:**
Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage company in Ontario. The core team has 20 years of experience in the industry and holds professional insurance academician qualification.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Management Assistant to join our growing brokerage team, supports our licensed brokers in handling policy documentation, insurer portal processing, and day-to-day back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed insurance brokers in preparing policy documents, renewal notices, and endorsement requests
- Enter and update policy information into our broker management systems
- Organize and maintain accurate client files and documentation
- Communicate with insurance carriers to follow up on policy statuses and documentation
- Support the broker team with administrative duties and general coordination
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- RIBO license is an asset
- Prior experience in insurance, finance, or administrative support is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
