About the role

**Overview:**

Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage company in Ontario. The core team has 20 years of experience in the industry and holds professional insurance academician qualification.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Management Assistant to join our growing brokerage team, supports our licensed brokers in handling policy documentation, insurer portal processing, and day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed insurance brokers in preparing policy documents, renewal notices, and endorsement requests
  • Enter and update policy information into our broker management systems
  • Organize and maintain accurate client files and documentation
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to follow up on policy statuses and documentation
  • Support the broker team with administrative duties and general coordination

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • RIBO license is an asset
  • Prior experience in insurance, finance, or administrative support is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
