About the role
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You’ll receive full training and have the opportunity to transition into a Customer Service Technician role after demonstrating the required technical skills.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position supporting customers by phone, email, and live chat. Bilingual candidates (English/French or English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.

✅ 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
✅ Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
✅ Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Assets:
➕ Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish)
➕ Mechanical aptitude or experience with small engines/power equipment
➕ Previous technical support or troubleshooting experience
