In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership of a $1M+ monthly Google Ads budget to scale global paid search campaigns for a fast-growing D2C brand. You'll drive strategy from the ground up, with direct access to the CEO and the freedom to innovate across the full funnel. With no bureaucratic red tape, you’ll have full autonomy to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver outsized returns. This opportunity is based onsite in Dubai, with full relocation support and visa sponsorship provided.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and own the global paid search strategy, managing a multimillion-dollar monthly budget with precision and creativity.
• Work closely with the CEO to design high-impact PPC growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, ensuring full-funnel optimization.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify new opportunities and drive significant improvements in ROAS.
• Build and lead a high-performing PPC team in an AI-native environment, utilizing advanced tools to automate and accelerate performance.
• Test aggressively, iterate quickly, and implement winning strategies without layers of approval.
• Champion a performance-driven culture by clearly linking PPC efforts to overall revenue growth and brand expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns (multi-million dollar budgets) for e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Expertise in building and optimizing complex conversion funnels and full-funnel PPC strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to create actionable growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable revenue outcomes through paid search.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and mentoring PPC specialists.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and a passion for innovation.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (relocation package and visa support provided).
