Your role:
- Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions
- Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)
- Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs
- Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
- Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools
Your team:
Working in the Commercial Banking sector, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.
Prerequisites:
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
- Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
