Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our repair team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating services efficiently.
Duties: Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We have just the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team and help us provide top-notch administrative support and efficient service coordination. As our Service Coordinator, you'll be estimating costs and time frames for a wide range of repairs, welcoming customers with open arms, discussing their needs, and acting as a secondary service advisor.
You'll also be maintaining the profitability of our service department with innovative initiatives and answering customer inquiries, either in person, by email, or by telephone. In addition, you'll be developing repair estimates, preparing repair orders, maintaining repair records, and working with our marketing manager to digitalize processes, procedures, and customer loyalty programs.
You'll also keep track of training records and OEM access credentials, and work with our shop supervisor to keep technician training up to date. Plus, you'll get to update training equipment and devices such as shop laptops. With this exciting opportunity, the sky's the limit!
