About the role
As a Lead Analyst, you are responsible for taking a lead role in supporting one of the Business Systems utilized by the Company (BaaN, Oracle, Syteline, SAP) in accordance with the organization's business plan and industry requirements.

Your Challenge
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet the organization’s needs. Takes ownership of complex projects, such as system upgrades and modifications, and is responsible for coordination of such projects from design to execution. (35%)
- Facilitates the day-to-day activities of the Business System to ensure high-availability and serves as a technical expert and resource for other team members. (25%)
- Partners with customers and technical staff in the resolution of complex software problems, addressing unique business challenges and both identifying and executing solutions. (20%)
- Implements processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Establishes and maintains Business System standards, controls, procedures, and documentation, providing technical and functional leadership. (20%)
What You Bring
- Professional Certification from appropriate vendor is desirable
- Expertise in the specific Business System (BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) and module level integration
- Excellent project management, time management, vendor management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Action-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet difficult deadlines and balance overlapping project demands without compromising the quality or thoroughness of output
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts succinctly and clearly to a variety of audiences in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Ability to skillfully consult in a dynamic business environment, providing persuasive justification for proposals provided
- Working knowledge of finance and manufacturing operations
- Experience in application development, modification, and personalization
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (404 Compliance), segregation of duties requirements
