TON RÔLE

Tu souhaites mettre à profit ton expertise comptable dans un environnement stimulant et contribuer concrètement à améliorer des processus ? NEUF cherche un technicien comptable senior pour rejoindre son équipe de Montréal.

En collaboration directe avec la directrice finances et administration, tu participeras activement aux opérations financières quotidiennes et aux processus de fin de mois en occupant un rôle central dans le cycle comptable d'une entreprise en pleine croissance. Tu joueras également un rôle clé dans l’implantation du système ERP Deltek Vantagepoint (ou Vision), en apportant ton soutien à l’équipe de comptabilité. Une bonne connaissance de cet ERP constitue un atout important pour ce poste.

TON QUOTIDIEN

• Effectuer la comptabilité par projet (60%) dans un contexte multi-compagnies ;
• Recueillir et préparer les factures incluant leur validation et leur assignation aux projets ;
• Gérer les comptes payables, préparer les factures et procéder aux paiements ;
• Participer à la production de la paie pour 250 employés QC et ON (30%) ;
• Valider les feuilles de temps avec rigueur et précision ;
• Concilier les dépenses effectuées par cartes de crédit ;
• Contribuer à l’application des procédures de contrôles internes et collaborer à leur amélioration, incluant rédaction de nouvelles procédures ;
• Offrir un soutien quotidien à l’équipe de comptabilité.

YOUR ROLE Do you want to apply your accounting expertise in a stimulating environment and actively contribute to improving workflows and processes? NEUF is looking for a Senior Accounting Technician to join its Montreal team.

Working directly with the Director of Finance and Administration, you will play an active role in daily financial operations and month-end processes, acting as a key figure in the accounting cycle of a growing company. Additionally, you will support the accounting team by participating in the implementation of our new ERP system Deltek Vantagepoint (or Vision). Prior experience and knowledge of this ERP is very important for this role.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Perform project-based accounting in a multi-company environment (60%);
• Collect and prepare invoices, including validation and assignment to projects;
• Manage accounts payable, prepare invoices, and process payments;
• Assist with payroll processing for 250 employees in QC and ON (30%);
• Diligently validate timesheets;
• Reconcile expenses made by credit card;
• Contribute to implementing and improving internal control procedures, including drafting new procedures;
• Provide daily support to the accounting team.

Profil TES COMPÉTENCES

• DEP ou DEC en comptabilité ;
• 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
• Comptabilité par projet;
• Maîtrise les outils et fonctions avancées d’Excel (par ex : RECHERCHEV, SOMME.SI, TRI, TCD, etc) ;

ATOUT

• Accréditation de l’Institut national de la paie ;
• Power BI ;
• Connaissance du ERP Deltek Vantagepoint.

• Bon communicateur, posséder de l’entregent et capacité à interagir avec différents intervenants ;
• Être à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et dynamique ;
• Avoir de l’autonomie ;
• Posséder un souci du détail, un esprit analytique et critique, et l’habileté à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois ;
• Avoir un excellent sens des priorités et une approche méthodique et organisée ;
• Capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les échéanciers ;
• Sens de la discrétion.

Your Skills

• DEP or DEC in accounting;
• 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Project accounting;
• Proficient in advanced Excel tools and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SORT, Pivot Tables, etc.).

ASSETS

• Accreditation from the National Payroll Institute;
• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system.
