The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a motivated Payroll Administrator for our Cam Clark Ford dealership located in Airdrie, AB.
With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California, the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing an outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience!
In the position of Payroll Administrator reporting to the Payroll Manager, You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees in both Canada and the US, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Stay up to date on federal and provincial/state payroll regulations.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll.
Qualifications:
- Previous payroll administration experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. PCP certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian and US payroll regulations, taxes, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as Payworks, Powerpay, Netchex or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
