Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm for beverages and commitment to excellent customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of slush and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for order totals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn about beverages preparation techniques and menu offerings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $15.80 per hour
