Responsibilities
General Kitchen Duties
- Create a memorable experience for guests by providing a quality dining experience i.e. follow specified recipes in food preparation, ensure efficiency in process and quality of brand
- Awareness of menu items, wine list, specials and current promotions
- Provide suggestions/feedback for food/drink items to management
Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Conduct kitchen inventory checks/complete logs and inform management of any requirements
- Communicate any concerns in operations to on-duty supervisor/management
- Commitment to continuous training/development
Health & Safety
- Handling/storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards
- Follow guidelines provided i.e. security procedures, start/end of day checklists etc.
