The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a full-time contract (approximate contract duration: July 2025- August 14, 2026) Program Assistant in the Marathon, Ontario District Office. Reporting to the Manager of Oral Health & District Offices, the Program Assistant provides various clerical services supporting Public Health programs. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, the Program Assistant performs those functions as related to the daily operations and delivery of the Programs, ensuring that discretion and confidentiality are maintained at all times. The Program Assistant supports the Marathon, Ontario & Terrace Bay, Ontario district offices. Occasional travel within the North Shore area and to Thunder Bay, Ontario for training opportunities as deemed necessary. Must have access to a vehicle for transportation purposes.
