The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Investment Marketing to lead the strategy, positioning, and storytelling for our growing suite of alternative investment strategies. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will be instrumental in driving product adoption, market differentiation, and engagement across retail advisors and institutional clients.
Reporting to the AVP of Investment Marketing, you will collaborate closely with product, investment, and distribution teams to create compelling narratives and marketing content that position PICTON Investments as a category leader in alternatives. You will also be a key contributor in evolving our brand and deepening connections with advisors through integrated campaigns, content innovation, and thought leadership.
You will have opportunity to learn and lead:
Product Strategy & Positioning

Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for alternative investment solutions (e.g., hedge funds, alternative funds and mutual funds).

Craft differentiated product positioning that aligns with investor needs and competitive trends.

Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks, pitchbooks, sales collateral, and campaign assets.
-
Partner cross-functionally with investment, product, and distribution teams to ensure message alignment and execution consistency.
Content & Campaign Leadership
-
Drive the development of high-impact, educational content including white papers, case studies, videos, and digital experiences.

Support campaigns that educate and engage financial advisors, RIAs, and institutional investors around alternative strategies.

Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and reflects brand standards and investment integrity.
Advisor Engagement
-
Build marketing tools and assets to support advisor education, product adoption, and field sales efforts.

Create presentations and content that support events, conferences, roadshows, and webinars.

Partner with Digital Marketing to support go-to-market initiatives.
Investment Team Thought Leadership
-
Contribute to brand-building efforts that reinforce PICTON Investments leadership in alternatives.

Work with portfolio managers and product team to create product-level communications and campaigns.
-
Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance digital presence and advisor journey touchpoints.
Support Emerging Business Lines
-
Develop and implement the overall marketing vision, strategy, and direction for the Picton Wealth Management business line

Use client insights, competitor research, and data analytics to refine strategy and tactics.

Create strategies and tactics to drive growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
What You Bring
-
7-10 years of brand marketing experience, within the financial services or outside of industry.
-
Proven success in building and evolving brand identities, storytelling, and positioning.

Strong understanding of B2B and/or advisor audiences (institutional, advisors, and retail).

Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies, social and digital engagement.

Expertise in brand measurement, consumer insights, and campaign analytics.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.

Strong leadership and project management skills**.**

Experience managing agencies and external partners for creative, PR, and media.
