Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Warehouse Administrative Clerk on a Permanent Full-Time basis for our Logistics team.
This position requires on-site work and is based at our Distribution Centre in Edmonton, AB .

Hours of Work : Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls, schedule inbound and outbound carriers, call carriers for pick up, and prepare timecards.
- Key receiving, orders, enclosures, and shipping exceptions.
- Print various reports including truck loads, invoices, bills of lading, shipping receiving license plates, dangerous goods, etc.
- Review order status and revisions prior to the closure of routes and close routes while compiling required paperwork for shipment.
- Provide backup services in other Transportation Customer Service Unit (TCSU) sections, general filing tasks and other duties as required.

The Team: You will work closely with other transportation, customer service, and warehousing professionals and will report into the Senior Supervisor, Transportation Operations. This team strives to cultivate a culture of dedication, collaboration and community.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Have 2-5 years of related experience.
