ServiceMaster Restore of Muskoka and Parry Sound requires an experienced Team Leader/All-in-One Carpenter.
Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Carpenter will work closely with insurance professionals, businesses and homeowners to ensure property is restored quickly, efficiently, and with care.

ServiceMaster Restore of Muskoka and Parry Sound has been in operation for 39 Plus years specializing in emergency and reconstruction service to homes, businesses and commercial properties such as Fire, Smoke, Water, Sewage, Bio/Trauma, Vehicle Impacts, etc.
Responsibilities
- Full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work
- Maintenance and repair
- Window and door board ups
- Simple electrical work such as reset of light fixtures
- Installation of baseboards and casings doors
- Installation of drywall (boarding/taping/mudding)
- Paint touch ups and finishing work
- Tiling
- Suspended ceiling installation
- Framing
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience working in commercial, residential, industrial setting
- Valid class g driver’s license and acceptable, recent drivers abstract
- Undergo a Criminal Reference Check
- Steel Toe boots
- Own tools
