Temporary Executive Assistant needed for the summer! Start ASAP, $22/hour.
Agilus is recruiting for an Executive Assistant in the Government/Educational Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is actively looking for some temporary help over the summer assisting their Board of Directors with EA duties.
A Typical Day
- Create, edit, and format documents for the Board of Directors
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes and action items
- Arrange travel itineraries and meal plans for Board Members
- Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
- Answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors
Successful Candidates Will Have
- 1+ year of experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Experience assisting a Board of Directors
What's In It For You
- Temporary position for the summer, starting ASAP
- Pay rate: $22
- Location: SE
- Hybrid work model
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
