Greenfield is looking for a Data Governance Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview The Manager, Data Governance is responsible for the strategic oversight and governance of the organization’s master data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various business systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You will serve as the Master Data lead for D365, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policies, refine master data processes, and support key business initiatives, including ERP deployment. In addition to maintaining master data integrity, you will drive improvements in data-driven decision-making and enhance the organization's overall data management strategy. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a must.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful data governance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Your Experience Should Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science or Data Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in master data management and 2+ years using Microsoft Purview.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial software applications, and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a must)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities Data Strategy & Governance:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive master data strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define data standards, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Establish robust processes for data collection, validation, storage, and analysis in collaboration with IT and finance teams.

System Implementation & Management

  • Lead master data management within D365, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement data management tools that support business intelligence and financial analysis functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance, IT, marketing, and operations teams to identify, define and prioritize master data needs.
  • Play a pivotal role in the ERP deployment, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and readiness.
