Overall Responsibility of the Restaurant Communications

• Scheduling and Labor Management
• Guest Satisfaction – Ensure Guest Satisfaction and Service Recovery
• QA – Responsible for compliance with all brand standards and health codes
• Cleanliness of Restaurant (Kitchen & Dining Room)
• Training & Development/Coaching of Front of the House Staff
• Assist GM in growing the business and building a strong restaurant team
• Prepare performance appraisals for Front of the House staff for review with GM
• Hiring Responsibilities for Front of the House staff with GM oversight
• Address disciplinary issues and issue documentation after reviewing with GM
• Manage the communications to restaurant staff.
• Sales Building – assist General Manager to create local store marketing plans to build sales
• Assist GM in meeting budget (Top line and bottom line)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
