Responsabilités
- Travailler sur des dossiers en services financiers et droit bancaire transactionnel.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les associés des bureaux de Montréal et Québec.
- Fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques dans le cadre de financements, prêts, garanties, et autres transactions bancaires.
- Évoluer dans un environnement de travail très actif, avec une clientèle sophistiquée et un excellent mentorat.

- Politique de travail à distance de deux semaines par an, y compris à l’international.
- Accès à du mentorat de qualité et à un leadership jeune et dynamique.
- Poste permanent à temps plein basé à Montréal ou Québec.

Exigences
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en droit bancaire et services financiers transactionnels.
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais).
- Expérience préalable au sein d’un cabinet réputé.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome dans des dossiers transactionnels complexes en droit bancaire.

- Collaborate closely with partners in the Montréal and Québec City offices.
- Provide strategic legal advice on financings, loans, guarantees, and other banking transactions.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with a sophisticated clientele and strong mentorship.
Position Details
- Remote work policy includes up to two weeks per year, including international locations.
- Access to high-quality mentorship and a young, dynamic leadership team.
- Full-time, permanent position based in Montréal or Québec City.
- Hybrid work model.

Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in transactional banking and financial services law.
