Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth through inbound and outbound outreach, virtual presentations, and deal closure. You will work closely with the Business Development and Growth teams to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into paying customers
- Present product and service solutions via virtual demos or consultations
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and pipeline stages using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with CGO and executive team to support channel growth strategies
- Provide market feedback to help refine positioning and customer experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years in inside sales, account management, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Goal-driven with a focus on performance and results
- Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, smart home, or IT sales
- Familiarity with e-commerce, VAR/MSP environments, or channel partner models
- Previous success in high-velocity sales roles or startup environments
