About the Role:
Unity Recruitments is seeking a dedicated and certified X-ray Technologist (MRT) for Oshawa and Whitby locations . This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are passionate about patient care and looking to grow in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general diagnostic X-ray examinations following clinic protocols and safety standards
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging data
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the imaging room
- Follow infection prevention and radiation safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Certified and in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a patient-focused approach
