Job Description
The Associate Director of Care (RN) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to residents in the community. This role includes:
- Leading and managing the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is provided.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Participating in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Providing support and guidance to nursing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a management role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in long-term care.
- Certification in gerontology or related field.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time position located in Stouffville, ON.
