About the role

Job Description

The Associate Director of Care (RN) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to residents in the community. This role includes:

  • Leading and managing the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is provided.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Providing support and guidance to nursing staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a management role.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in long-term care.
  • Certification in gerontology or related field.
