About the Role
Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is currently hiring Line Cooks for reputable food service and hospitality employers in Calgary, Alberta . We are seeking skilled culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are committed to delivering high-quality meals consistently.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates already residing in Canada, including those on Open Work Permits , and comes with full LMIA support for eligible applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times
- Ensure portion control and quality consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service timelines
- Assist with daily kitchen prep and inventory coordination
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience or education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Services
- Functional English proficiency ( CLB 5 or higher recommended)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage between $18.50 – $20.00 , based on experience
- Tips and overtime pay depending on employer and shift
