About the Role

A premier AI research lab is recruiting PhDs in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on training state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) .

In this role, you will help create high-quality, domain-specific data by designing challenging technical problems , providing expert-level evaluation, and guiding LLM reasoning.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning from a top U.S. university
• Completed undergraduate studies in the U.S., U.K., or Canada
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pay close attention to detail and precision in technical content

Role Structure

• Start : Rolling basis starting July
• Weekly Commitment : 15–20 hours/week , with flexibility to scale to 40 hours/week
• Schedule : Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own time
• Duration : Minimum 2–3 months , with potential to extend

Compensation & Classification

• Rate : $75–$95/hour , based on experience
• Payment : Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect
• Status : You will be legally classified as an independent hourly contractor
