A.Duties & Responsibilities

Perform PM Duties on equipment per PM Schedule.

Trouble shoot hydraulic problems and repair.
-
Trouble shoot electrical / electronic problems and repair.
-
Trouble shoot and repair mechanical problems.
-
Record corrective action.
-
Identify safety concerns and repair unsafe conditions.
-
Record repairs on PM forms.
-
Provide proper lighting to work areas.
-
Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or other Senior Management.
B.Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum Grade 12.
-
Maintenance Certificate / Millwright / Electrical or Electronic Certificate.

3 Years experience in Maintenance.

Ability to read and write English
C.Required Skills
-
Minimum 3 years experience.
-
Training in electrical trouble shooting.
-
Training in mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
-
Some machining and some welding.
-
Understanding of WHMIS.
-
Understanding of Injection machines including auxiliary equipment.
-
Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function.
-
Forms, Tags and Labels governing job function.
